This edition was provided to me in PDF form due to the COVID situation so my review is based on that.   I was quite happy to accept this form as I do not mind viewing a quality PDF on the iPad.

Kagero's Top Drawings series is a collection of technical drawings and color plates of various armor types.  They are somewhat sparse when it comes to text but there are many other sources for a researcher to read an extensive history of a particular vehicle.  This edition was printed in English and Polish and it's clear from the text that Polish was first, and it was translated to English.  As for the drawings, they are excellent.  There are a total of 30 drawing 'sheets' accompanied by 10 color plates of Jagdpanthers from both the Eastern and Western fronts.  The Jagdpanther did not appear until July of 1944 so it's service life was not that long.  While its service life was short, it was the most effective anti tank weapon the Germans possessed and it could take on any Allied armor with its 88mm gun.

In particular, I was interested in the drawings of a Befehls-Jagdpanther G1 that was lost in September 1944 in Belgium.  This is because I recently completed a review of Takom's Jagdpanther G1 and built the representation of this vehicle.  Wish I had this reference then!

All in all, these Top Drawings series are an excellent resource for a modeler who is looking for technical drawings or maybe a color plate of a particular vehicle.  I cannot say how accurate the color plates are as there's always some guess work when it comes to black and white photos.  I can only assume that Kagero has done it's home work and provided some accurate references.  For a Panther loving modeler like me, this is a good addition to my reference collection.

Highly Recommended for Beginner to Advanced builders.

Thanks goes out to Kagero Publishing  and Casemate Publishing for this review kit.
