President’s Message

Please donate an M1, Bradley, Stryker or Hummer kit to troops in Iraq

Thank you for your donations of over 1,500 kits, plus hundreds of supply items, to troops in Iraq. These guys have never asked for anything from us, but we asked them if there were any particular kits they wanted. The answer, overwhelmingly, was "M1s, Bradleys, Hummers, and Strykers". These guys want to build 'their ride'.

Please donate a kit to this worthy cause. If every chapter gets together and sends two or three M1s or Bradleys that will go a long way. If your local hobby shop will give you a break on a Hummer kit, buy it and send it to us. If you have a spare sitting on your shelf, please, donate it. If you can, remember to include a few bottles of acrylic paint or some small tools - X acto blades, sanding sticks, etc. Remember there are no hobby shops in Iraq right now ;) We're it.

Please be generous. It will only take you a few minutes and a few dollars for shipping.

Donations can be sent to:

John Gazzola

188 Laurel Point Rd

Dayville, CT 06241

John will get them shipped to clubs in Iraq. Thanks.

And don't forget, you can renew your AMPS membership anytime, via paypal on this site, or renew via a check sent to:
