Panzerwrecks 28 British
As others who’ve reviewed earlier editions of Panzerwrecks have said, many of you are familiar with the series format. Clear photographs of unique, if not rare, subjects in the field with excellent commentary and detailed info on the destroyed, damaged, abandoned or otherwise out of commission vehicles.
What makes this one unique is the British/Commonwealth and other Western allied armor. This does NOT cover American units but American types in UK service are covered. Also BEF and North Africa are not covered. A separate page is included listing vehicles, locations, units and those subjects replicated in colored artwork is part of the deal and is quite helpful.

The thing I enjoy about these books are the clarity and detail present in the pictures. My favorite being obligatory “tank in a bad neighborhood” pic of a tank up on blocks!

The grouped Crusader AA tanks in quasi abandoned parks is also very interesting. Exemplifying the material wealth of the Allied armies.

Personally, as a huge Churchill fan, the story and original pic plus artwork of the cover tank is my favorite

See the following pics of various other vehicles for more ideas about the great quality you get in these books.

Highly Recommended for Beginner to Advanced builders especially of NW Europe Commonwealth armor and for history buffs.
Thanks goes out to Panzerwrecks for this review sample.
